Introduction

Our firm was founded in 1990 following the merger of two firms of young lawyers in the aim of forming a single firm incorporating legal professionals with a broad range of experience.

Since its formation our firm has developed constantly but remains a “boutique” firm, human sized, to facilitate the contact between our lawyers and our clients. This contact is placed at the heart of our philosophy since our clients’ interests are capital.

Communication is essential; we place particular importance in listening to our clients and visiting their place of business in the aim of better understanding their method of work and thus better identifying their needs.

Our team is composed of over fifteen people. Our dynamic and close-knit team enables us to offer our clients an all-round quality service.

We are based in Nantes and Paris, France and have jurisdiction to act throughout France, our client base is both National and International. We assist business and private clients in both contentious and non contentious matters.
